At Creetown bond, we wanted to pay homage to wonders on our doorstep. We visited local caves at coastal Carsluith, which were once rife with smugglers handling whisky, rum, salt and tabacco. This product is all above board, accounted for and duty paid but we thought it was fun anyway!
 
Here we have a small batch release of only 60 bottles. Batch release 10 is a 15 year old Glen Spey, specially selected by Martin Armstrong. Originallly distilled on 18/02/2010 into a sherry butt, later vatted with her sister sherry butts on 10/11/2020 and fill into a refill bourbon barrel. A fruity, subtley honey dram with a quick, dry finish.
