Refund Policy

Whiskybroker will of course abide by any UK consumer laws regarding refunds.

 

If a parcel isn't delivered to you through some fault of ours, or the couriers, we will issue a full refund.

 

If you order the wrong bottle and wish to return it, unopened, we will refund the cost of the bottle, but the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

Products which have been opened may not be returned.
