Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is designed to save both buyers and us the most amount of money while ensuring that products reach you in perfect condition.

We use UPS for most of our parcels due to the shelving units in their vans which we believe makes the parcels less likely to be thrown around in transit. Unfortunately some addresses within the UK are treated as a "remote area" by UPS, so we may be forced to use another courier. Our second choice is usually Royal Mail, but this is only possible for parcels of 2 or fewer bottles, because Royal Mail/Parcelforce will not accept more than 2 bottles of whisky per parcel.

Orders will usually be packaged and dispatched on the next working day after your order, although there may be rare circumstances where there have been a lot of orders in one day and the courier can not accept them all. On such days, we will ship parcels in "first placed, first shipped" order and your parcel may be shipped on the following day.

We will always endeavour to choose the fastest shipment service but can not guarantee a specific delivery date. Please email or telephone us if you have any special requirements.
