CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Whiskybroker Limited may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time and it is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions each time you access this Site. Your continued use of the Site after such revisions are posted will constitute your agreement to such changes.

Whiskybroker Limited reserves the right, for any reason, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the Site, including, but not limited to, content, features or hours of availability. Parts or all of the site may be limited without warning at any time.
SITE AGE LIMITATION
Laws will vary by country, and Whiskybroker Limited have constructed this website to be non-offensive to all age groups. Purchases made through the website shall only be permitted to people who are over the age of 18 years old.
USE OF MATERIALS
You may print or have printed by a third party any downloadable material contained on this Site provided that the material is solely for non commercial use and any copyright/trademarks are not removed. Photographs or videos must give credit to their origin.

Whiskybroker Limited assumes no responsibility or liability for any actions or content transmitted by or between you or any third party within or outside of this Site. If notified, Whiskybroker Limited may investigate an allegation that content transmitted to this Site is in violation of the Terms and Conditions and determine whether to have the communication removed from this Site. However, Whiskybroker Limited is under no obligation to remove content transmitted by third parties from this Site and assume no responsibility or liability arising from or relating to any such content, including but not limited to any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained therein.
INDEMNIFICATION
You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Whiskybroker Limited, its officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”), from and against any and all claims or demands made by any third party, and all associated liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your browsing or use of this Site, content you transmit to this Site, your violation of any rights of another, or your breach of the Terms and Conditions. Whiskybroker Limited reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you shall not in any event settle or otherwise dispose of any matter without the prior written consent of Whiskybroker Limited.
TERMINATION
This Agreement constitutes a binding agreement between you and Whiskybroker Limited until terminated by you or Whiskybroker Limited, which Whiskybroker Limited may do at any time, without notice, in Whiskybroker Limited’s sole discretion. If you become dissatisfied with the Site, in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Site.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the Terms and Conditions, and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure by either you or Whiskybroker Limited to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Whiskybroker Limited reserves the right to refuse any purchase order or booking made via this website.
PRODUCT RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
Whiskybroker Limited accepts that on some rare occasions, a bottle may become damaged in transit. Should a product arrive with such issues (and due to no fault of the purchaser) we are happy to replace or provide a credit note for the amount of the purchase.
PRODUCT DELIVERY POLICY
Deliveries will be dispatched from Whiskybroker Limited within 7 working days of order and payment processing unless otherwise stated (for example due to a company closure over Christmas). Receipt of delivery to purchaser’s address is dependent on purchaser’s proximity to Whiskybroker Limited and may range from 1 to 7 days. Whiskybroker Limited will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver by any requested or agreed date, however it does not guarantee delivery on that date and is not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery. Nor does it guarantee that the ordered or requested quantity of goods is delivered. Deliveries cannot be made outside of the UK. In the instance the recipient has provided incorrect or out-of-date details, Whiskybroker Limited not liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery. Goods will NOT be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years. Whiskybroker Limited must be notified of damage caused to goods during shipping, within 3 days of delivery. Replacement of goods will be coordinated by Whiskybroker Limited provided there is satisfactory evidence damage was caused during transit (Photo evidence may be requested).
Holding Bottles for Collection from our Premises
For many years Whiskybroker Limited has offered the ability to leave your purchased bottles in our storage area for shipment at a later date or consolidation with a later order. By selecting "I'll pick it up" with your order, previously known as "hold for collection", you are accepting sole responsibility for leaving your purchase with us. In the event of an unforeseen event such as a fire or a break-in where your bottles are damaged or lost, Whiskybroker Limited will accept no liability.
