Our latest batch of the Smuggler's Cut bottlings available from 25/11/2025. Limited number of bottles.
At Creetown bond, we wanted to pay homage to wonders on our doorstep. We visited local caves at coastal Carsluith, which were once rife with smugglers handling whisky, rum, salt and tabacco. This product is all above board, accounted for and duty paid but we thought it was fun anyway!
Our first ever offering from the London Distillery Company. Here we have a small batch release of only 60 bottles. Batch release 15 is a 9 year old English whisky, specially selected by Martin Armstrong. Originallly distilled on 11/12/2015 into a cask. We found this to have an sweet, toffee flavours.

Reviews
N - Bright, grassy, sweet. Toffee apple. Baked goods - bready, yeasty. Oaky bitterness; pencil shavings. Light champagne notes.
T - Medium texture, mouth coating. No alcohol burn. Manuka honey. Baked apples. Toffee penny sweets. Pear tart. Vanilla cake. White wine vibe. Dry bitterness like white grape skin. Lime rind. Pineapple. Slightly floral.
F - Medium finish - dry white fruits, grape, green apple. Gentle oak.
A delightful, engaging whisky. Good cask. Flavourful and complex for its age.
