Available until our Christmas shutdown..140 bottles in total as we bottled this whole sherry octave. 
 
Martin has cherry picked this as his favourite (although the other eight were high contenders...that's why he bottled them).
 
Our Christmas release is a 5 year old unpeated Lingdarroch (single malt from a Lowland distillery). Originallly distilled in the lonely times of the Covid lockdown on 30/06/2020 into a sherry octave. As we passed this around the office, the general consensus was deep notes of toffee. Martin says "add water to open out".
