At Creetown bond, we wanted to pay homage to wonders on our doorstep. Recently, we visited local caves at coastal Carsluith, which were once rife with smugglers handling whisky, rum, salt and tabacco. This product is all above board, accounted for and duty paid but we thought it was fun anyway!
 
Here we have a small batch release of only 60 bottles. Batch release 4 is an 11 year old single malt from a Lowland Distillery located in the lovely seaside town of Girvan. This cask has also been specially selected by Martin Armstrong. Originallly distilled on 07/11/2023 and aged in a bourbon barrel, we thought this one was good without any additional re-casking.
