We were going to wait until June for this to turn 21 years but Martin said "No, it's good now; get it bottled!" We feel so lucky when casks come down to us from this wonderful distillery and this one does not disappoint in the slightest..
 
Salted caramel and a very gentle spicy aroma. Notes of orange rind and honey.
 
The cask was a first fill bourbon barrel, filled on 01/06/2005 at Bruichladdich and bottled by us on 09/03/2026.
 
Each bottle is individually numbered, one of 200 x 700ml bottles at natural cask strength of 57.3% vol. 
 
All bottles have been lightly filtered but may still contain some small traces of cask sediment. No colouring has been added and the whisky has not been chill filtered.
