Single malt whisky, distilled at Dalmore Distillery on 29th October 1996 and filled into the cask at 63.5% abv. Contained 240-250 bulk litres when first filled. 

These casks were regauged upon arrival at Bladnoch Distillery and have been priced at £17.50 per regauged litre of alcohol which each cask contains. See the table below for the details of each cask.

For example, cask 9088 contains 123.25litres of pure alcohol. If bottled at 55% this will yield 123.25/0.55/0.7=320 70cl bottles. The cask is priced at £2157, so the alcohol in each bottle therefore costs £2157/320=£6.74.

Duty & VAT do not have to be paid until the whisky is removed from the Duty Free Warehouse.
